Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions within Deloitte's Sales & Service practice, guiding onshore and offshore teams and advising clients on AWS best practices. You will drive project outcomes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and identify new opportunities at existing clients. The role blends strategy, technology, and customer experience to enable transformation at scale. This is a leadership-critical position that shapes cloud-based contact center initiatives for diverse industries.
