Experteer Overview In this Principal Consultant role, you drive SAP PP/QM solutions across the consulting lifecycle, shaping problem statements and delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. You will guide cross-functional teams, contribute to proposals, and lead client training while shaping value-driven consulting solutions. The position emphasizes global delivery, advanced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM expertise, and close collaboration with clients to meet evolving business needs. A strong travel-friendly, consulting-focused mindset is key to success. Compensation / Benefits * Define problems and shape SAP PP/QM solutions across the project lifecycle * Develop, configure and deploy integrated SAP solutions * Guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to proposals and client training * Support scope detailing and capability-building within the firm * Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations and client engagements in a global delivery environment Tasks * a
processes degree or foreign equivalent; strong IT experience (11+ years) * SAP PP/QM and SAP S4HANA PP/QM expertise * Experience with at least 3 end-to-end S4HANA PP/QM implementations * Ability to travel to client locations; US citizen or permanent resident per DoD requirements * Experience in production planning, MES integration, and cross-module SAP (SD, PP, FICO) integration * Quality Management knowledge including QM Info records, inspection plans, usage decisions, and related processes * Experience in a consulting environment with client training and capability building Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Long Term/Short Term Disability * Health and Dependent care reimbursement accounts * Insurance options (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal) * 401(K) plan and contributions * Paid Holidays and PTO
