Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Workday HCM initiatives within Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology team, shaping functional designs and configurations to solve workforce challenges. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide clients through scope, testing, deployment, and stabilization. You'll drive transformation in HR capabilities for clients across industries, delivering measurable value. This role offers opportunities to mentor, lead workstreams, and work on end-to-end implementations that impact the workforce experience at scale.
