The position requires flexibility for 2nd (3pm to 11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm to 7:30am), with training provided on 1st shift before transitioning to off shifts. The team is responsible for putting miles on vehicles to enable engineers to perform testing at specific mileages. This operation runs 24/7 and supports various teams for durability and calibration.
