## Description

Seeking a Project Manager I to support global non-interventional research projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will focus on research contract execution, SOW management, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and project operations across multiple HEOR/scientific research initiatives.

 * Manage intake and review of vendor proposals and facilitate execution of SOWs and service agreements
 * Coordinate contracts with Purchasing, Legal, Study Leads, Finance, and external vendors
 * Manage multiple research projects, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets simultaneously
 * Track project budgets, forecasts, vendor spending, and contract status
 * Manage vendor relationships and obtain updates on project timelines and budget performance
 * Support contract execution and ensure documentation follows applicable policies and procedures
 * Perform data entry, quality control, and documentation within project management systems
 * Support resolution of project and process issues with HEOR scientists, analysts, Finance, Purchasing, Legal, OEC, Medical, and Commercial teams
 * Route contracts and project documents for required approvals
 * Support process improvement and system automation initiatives
 * Maintain project procedures, job guides, and contract-related documentation
