 * Network technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
 * Unix/Linux and Windows server administration
 * LAN / WAN technologies
 * Virtualization and storage systems

## Description

* Analyze client security needs, market trends, and business requirements to design customized cybersecurity solutions
 * Provide technical consultation and security recommendations based on best practices
 * Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
 * Conduct security assessments and design tailored security architectures
 * Build, operate, and enhance security technologies including log analysis, endpoint security, and network security
 * Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on cybersecurity product and service delivery
 * Troubleshoot complex security issues across servers, networks, and telephony environments
 * Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents (non-shift based)
 * Support existing customer accounts and resolve technical security issues
 * Lead and mentor junior engineers
 * Maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, troubleshooting, and project progress
 * Research cybersecurity products and prepare proposals and quotations
 * Promote cybersecurity awareness through seminars and external publications
 * Build strong client relationships and support secure IT infrastructure development
