## Description

* Responsible for supporting specimen processing and pre-analytical laboratory operations in a high-volume production environment.
 * The role involves handling specimens, ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures, maintaining quality standards, and supporting timely and accurate laboratory workflows., * Learn assigned duties within Pre-Analytical Assistant functions and Tech Ops/Specimen Processing workflow.
 * Identify and resolve specimen issues such as missing information, incorrect specimen types, and processing errors.
 * Support sorting, racking, centrifuging, delivery, and storage of specimens.
 * Research test order information using system tools and directories.
 * Ensure compliance with test ordering and laboratory policies.
 * Maintain quality and production standards after training completion.
 * Complete accurate and timely documentation.
 * Report to work on time and support team during coworker absences.
 * Perform additional functions within Tech Ops and Specimen Processing as needed.
 * Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
