We're looking for a Digital Project Manager who thrives on turning complexity into a clear plan, keeps teams and stakeholders aligned, and knows how to use tools like Asana, and Google Workspace to move projects forward faster and with less friction. You'll own project delivery from kickoff to launch and beyond: building the plan, managing scope and schedule, removing blockers, and keeping clients and internal teams in sync. This role suits someone who has run projects in a technical or web environment, is comfortable owning the relationship with a client, and wants to do work that matters. What You'll Do * Develop project scopes and objectives in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders * Build and manage detailed project schedules, sprints, and work plans * Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget, and escalate to leadership when needed * Own the day-to-day client relationship, including regular status updates and expectation-setting * Run risk management to catch and resolve problems before they threaten a deadline * Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation * Track progress across sprints and epics, and contribute to estimation and retrospectives * Set up and run performance reporting so the team and client always know where things stand * Apply accessibility and web standards (Section 508, WCAG) throughout the project lifecycle * Facilitate meetings that resolve issues instead of just surfacing them ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
