This critical role within the Global Technology Services Organization is responsible for delivering innovative solutions across the McGraw-Hill Robotic Process Automations landscape including. The role will need to interface with the business and set and manage the vision (roadmap) for these critical automations. With the vision (roadmap) set, the role will also be responsible for executing the roadmap through various enhancements or project requests. This role is responsible for Analyzing and Designing business requirements or mundane processes and establishing automations at McGraw-Hill's Robotic Process Automations (RPA) Department and will interact to other departments of McGraw-Hill's Order to Cash, Salesforce (CRM), DPG, Oracle Fusion applications (for Finance and PDH). This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What can you expect from the position? + Conduct reviews and analysis of business and information technology processes and solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures. + Design a solution architecture to support McGraw-Hill's RPA business and technical requirements. + Conduct process assessments, feasibility studies, and automation suitability scoring + Work as a liaison between business users, QA and offshore vendors to deliver high quality solutions. + Provide functional and application expertise among a team of business solution analysts and functional solution architects to provide solutions to diverse problems for our business units professionals in McGraw Hill as it relates to Automations. + Determine underlying issues to common business problems and use appropriate influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to implement best practice solutions. + Liaison between the project and other GTS and business unit organizations.
