You drive IT due diligence, define integration and separation strategies, and oversee multi-stakeholder execution across transaction milestones. You'll deliver client-ready analyses, roadmaps, and executive materials while mentoring juniors and contributing to business development. The opportunity centers on shaping IT post-transaction capabilities and Day 1 readiness in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
