Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role, you guide clients through technology-focused mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, shaping integration and separation strategies. You'll work within the M&A I&D team to drive IT due diligence, Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition planning, delivering actionable roadmaps and executive-ready materials. You'll lead cross-functional workstreams and mentor junior teammates, contributing to Deloitte's M&A delivery capabilities. This role blends strategy, technology, and execution at scale.
