Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role, you drive IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You work within the M&A I&D team to shape Day 1 and long-term technology roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risks and enable seamless transitions. You will lead project workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to client-ready materials and business development. This role offers the chance to apply IT strategy to transformative deals within a global professional services firm.
