Experteer Overview In this role you will provide expert Epic Willow support to implement and optimize healthcare solutions. You'll work within Deloitte's AI & Engineering team to configure modules, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and train end-users. You'll document configurations and workflows and support on-call Willow activities during US business hours. The opportunity emphasizes independent work, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable, reliable Epic solutions for clients.
