Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Technical Architect within Deloitte's Sales & Service team, you design and oversee AWS-based Connect solutions and delivery across onshore and offshore teams. You advise clients on best practices, manage projects, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams-balancing strategy, technology, and creativity-to drive transformational customer experiences. This role offers high-impact work in a globally oriented, innovation-driven environment with opportunities to shape contact center solutions.
