Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role within the HR Strategy & Technology team, you drive Workday functional implementations, enhancements, and optimization to transform HR capabilities. You will translate business needs into functional designs, lead client workshops, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure reliable deployments. Your work supports the firm's mission to maximize workforce experience and HR effectiveness for clients. This is a hands-on, impact-focused consulting role with opportunities to mentor junior staff and shape client outcomes.
