Experteer Overview In this role, you drive advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI initiatives to inform Talent strategy and workforce decisions. You'll lead complex data science work spanning research design to application development, translating workforce data into actionable insights and tools. You will mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver leadership-ready analytics and AI-powered solutions that scale across the organization.
