## Description

Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused deal dynamics, from due diligence to integration and separation. You'll work within the M&A I&D team to shape Day 1, TSA, and long-term tech roadmaps, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to reduce risk and enable smooth transitions. The role blends strategic IT planning with hands-on execution across transactions, emphasizing impact, governance, and scalable IT capabilities. You'll join a mission-driven firm known for collaborative client service and transformation delivery.
