## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you shape the data and integration backbone of the Finance Operate Platform to enable finance transformation for clients. You will partner with CFOs and executives to design scalable, compliant data architectures and ensure audit-ready solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to govern data, drive platform decisions, and deliver value through improved financial operations and risk management. This position offers impactful work in a market-leading consultancy with strong client engagement. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end data architecture across Finance Operate Platform layers, including ingestion, ETL/ELT, transformation, quality controls, and consumption * Define and govern integration patterns (APIs, events, queues, batch) and data contracts between delivery portals, accelerators, and ERP/subledger systems * Lead platform decisions on data tooling (Databricks vs. Alteryx vs. other) based on use case, scale, governance, and cost-to-value * Design and oversee the Agentic Layer data readiness pipeline (Phase 1: ETL, data validation, triage, remediation) * Serve as primary data and integration liaison for client contract and compliance discussions requiring onshore proximity * Collaborate with offshore Data Engineers and Solution Architect to execute the integration roadmap * Manage risks related to data quality, security, lineage, and regulatory compliance (SOX relevance) * Define non-functional requirements for integration solutions: performance, resiliency, security, auditability * Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and reusable integration guardrails * Specify BI consumption patterns, metrics definitions, and data lineage documentation standards * Ensure integration designs meet enterprise security, compliance, and privacy expectations * Mentor Data Engineers and Integration Engineers across offshore teams * Champion Agile practices; lead sprint planning and technical reviews for integration workstreams Tasks * 7+ years in data architecture, integration design, or data engineering in an enterprise environment * Hands-on experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and integration architectures * Strong grasp of API design, microservices, and event-driven patterns * Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and related data services * Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks relevant to finance operations (e.g., SOX, data privacy) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate architecture to business terms * Willingness to travel ~25% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
