## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream for public sector engagements, guiding design, delivery, and risk management. You'll serve as a senior client-facing advisor, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement robust inbound/outbound integrations and ensure secure, high-quality outcomes. You'll drive end-to-end testing, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization while contributing to reusable assets and practice improvements. This position blends technical leadership with strategic stakeholder engagement to enable HR transformation.
