## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, functional, technical, and security requirements. You will serve as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges while updating stakeholders on status and risks. You will design and implement inbound and outbound integrations with attention to data mapping, security, and end-to-end validation. You will manage cross-functional teams across locations, oversee testing and cutover activities, and contribute to reusable assets and knowledge sharing.
