Experteer Overview In this Manager role within Deloitte's Human Capital team, you drive Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, collaborating with clients to align technical solutions with business needs. You will lead design discussions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risk and delivery across multiple locations. The role blends technical execution with advisory skills to ensure high-quality, end-to-end integrations and post-production stability. You'll contribute to Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice by sharing knowledge and developing reusable assets, in a mission-driven, public-sector-focused environment.
