## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Systems/Network Systems Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
 * Experience related to server and infrastructure management, with specific focus on the setup and maintenance of servers and applications within a virtual environment.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
 * Experience with Office 365 administration (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)
 * Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Group Policy management.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong analytical skills
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
 * Ability to multi-task and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
 * Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
 * Ability to meet project and department deadlines

Even better if you have:

 * Knowledge or experience with Linux server operating systems
 * Knowledge or experience with Ansible and/or other automation tools
 * Knowledge or experience with incident management platforms (e.g., Service Now or Jira)
 * VMware enterprise virtualization products

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours with rotating on-call responsibilities. Weekend and non-business hours work may be required as needed. This position requires a 50% onsite/remote hybrid schedule.

## Description

As a System Administrator, you will work independently as well as on a team to provide operational support of Kwik Trip's systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 * Assist with implementation and support of server and application environments.
 * Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of upgrades, migrations, conversions, and implementations
 * Manage and administer security updates
 * Utilize Kwik Trip's incident, problem, and change management tools to manage ITIL processes
 * Serve as the Team's escalation point, providing initial triage of incidents and requests
