## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream, aligning strategy with business and security requirements. You'll advise clients on design and delivery, directing end-to-end integration efforts and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee testing and go-live activities, and contribute to Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice with reusable assets and coaching. This role sits at the intersection of HR transformation and technology, delivering measurable value for public sector and enterprise clients.
