Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, aligning with business and security requirements. You serve as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges. You oversee inbound/outbound integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end validation while managing cross-functional teams. You drive quality, risk management, and cutover activities to enable HR transformation for government and public sector clients. This role offers impact through delivering scalable integration solutions and contributing to Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice.
