In teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementation or optimization projects * 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM configuration, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent) * Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * inclusive culture * opportunities for professional development

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive Workday functional implementations to transform HR capabilities. You'll work within the HR Strategy & Technology team to translate business needs into design and configuration, while guiding client workshops and cross-functional execution. You'll lead testing, deployment, and stabilization efforts and partnering with teams to deliver high-impact HR technology solutions. This is an opportunity to shape workforce strategy for Fortune 500-level clients and contribute to Deloitte's commitment to empowering people and organizations.
