## Description

Experteer Overview As an M&A IT Manager, you guide clients through technology-focused mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, shaping integration and separation strategies and driving execution across deal milestones. You join the M&A I&D team to assess environments, mitigate risks, and deliver Day 1 and long-term transition plans. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop operating models, roadmaps, and client-ready materials that support transformation. This role offers the opportunity to influence deal outcomes and build digital capabilities for future-state organizations.
