## Description

Experteer Overview As a Lead Databricks FDE, you will guide senior, client-facing engineering pods in deploying GenAI solutions, shaping technical direction, and ensuring production-grade delivery. You'll work with strategic clients to define success metrics, navigate executive sponsorship, and scale architectures across onshore and offshore teams. This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership, enabling impactful AI and data initiatives for government and public sector clients. You'll influence C-level decisions while maintaining technical credibility and delivering reliable, scalable platforms.
