## Description

Experteer Overview As a Manager on Deloitte's GPS HR Strategy & Technology team, you drive large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations for public sector clients. You lead cross-functional workstreams, design solutions, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with compliance and stakeholder needs. You'll partner with government and public sector stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle designs that support tens of thousands of employees. This role offers the chance to shape HR technology-enabled transformation and work across HR, security, reporting, and integrations. You will mentor teams, manage complex programs, and deliver measurable workforce outcomes.
