Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Manager, you will shape cloud-based contact center transformations for clients, leading AWS-driven design, delivery, and advisory work. You'll guide onshore and offshore teams, align projects with client goals, and explore new sales opportunities. This role blends strategy, technology, and delivery to create improved customer experiences at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact and innovation.
