Education and Experience Preferred * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. * Experience with PrimeNG or Kendo UI. * Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms. * Experience using GitLab and modern source control workflows. * Experience with dependency injection frameworks. * Knowledge of enterprise banking or financial services applications. * Experience leading application modernization initiatives. * Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments. * Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
