The Web Developer / Portal Developer will focus heavily on ServiceNow Service Portal and self-service capabilities, including user portals, virtual agents, operational dashboards, knowledge applications, automated self-help tools, and notification interfaces. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, UX resources, developers, administrators, and technical leadership to deliver intuitive, secure, and mission-focused digital experiences. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
