Experteer Overview You lead and deliver D365 F&O solutions within Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice, helping clients transform Finance and Supply Chain processes. You guide cross-functional teams and work closely with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to design scalable, fit-for-purpose ERP solutions. You'll manage full project lifecycles, collaborate across Deloitte delivery centers, and contribute to pre-sales activities. This role combines deep functional expertise with client leadership to drive meaningful transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and design Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients * Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs * Provide delivery leadership across projects * Collaborate with internal and external experts * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain up-to-date expertise on Dynamics 365 features * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in
professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full lifecycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement and design documentation * Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
