Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI solutions to inform Talent strategy and workforce decisions. You will guide research design, analytics methods, and solution development while mentoring junior data scientists across the analytics lifecycle. You collaborate with Talent, business, and ITS stakeholders to translate workforce data into actionable insights and tools. You drive data quality, strategy, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver measurable impact. This position offers the opportunity to shape AI-enabled talent decisions in a dynamic, enterprise setting.
