You will build and deploy data-driven solutions that align with business objectives and integrate into existing processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously sharpen your data science skills to support Xcel Energy's data strategy. Compensation / Benefits * Collect and clean data from multiple sources to ensure quality * Transform data using SQL, Python, and R * Apply statistical methods and ML algorithms for exploration and modeling * Support development, validation, and deployment of models to predict, classify, and optimize outcomes * Develop understanding of delivering models in production environments * Create visualizations to communicate findings effectively
