Experteer Overview In this role you drive Salesforce-based customer transformation as part of Deloitte's Sales & Service team. You'll gather requirements, design functional solutions, prototype, map processes, test, train, and support implementations to improve client CRM capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workstreams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with Salesforce clouds, Lightning, and CPQ-related capabilities to deliver scalable, impact-driven outcomes. This role sits within a global practice that blends strategy, technology and industry knowledge to solve complex client challenges. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements traceability * Lead functional design, prototyping and process design including flow mapping * Oversee testing, training, and development of support procedures * Support and enable post-implementation activities and client adoption * Lead projects
or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with clients and team members * Provide clear guidance to others and ensure timely delivery of work products Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
