Experteer Overview In this M&A IT Manager role within Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions, you guide technology-focused transactions from due diligence to integration and separation. You will work on IT environments assessment, develop Day 1 and TSA plans, and steer multi-disciplinary teams across deal milestones. You'll translate complex IT considerations into actionable roadmaps and executive materials. This position offers influence over how technology enables inorganic growth and divestiture outcomes, within a collaborative, client-focused culture.
