Experteer Overview As a Databricks Forward Deployed Engineer, you will rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for clients, shaping high-impact outcomes with senior technical and business stakeholders. You'll embed with client teams, translate needs into AI-enabled architectures, and mentor other engineers while delivering production-quality code and reusable assets. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic advisory, focusing on scalable data and AI platforms within government and public sector contexts. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that prioritizes measurable business impact from day one.
