## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Workday functional implementations to drive HR transformation for clients. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional designs and configurations. You will facilitate client workshops, guide scope and priorities, and support testing, deployment, and stabilization. The position sits within Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology team, focusing on maximizing workforce experience through cutting-edge HR tech. You will tackle complex HR transformation programs and influence project outcomes with your leadership and technical expertise.
