Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients in the life sciences sector optimize sales enablement and digital tools, shaping large-scale transformation programs. You'll translate business needs into actionable, senior-level deliverables and drive workstreams from assessment to implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting and mentor colleagues. This is a client-facing role that combines strategy, technology, and practical delivery to improve performance and adoption of Veeva and related platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Maximize ROI of digital sales enablement and sales ops investments * Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define sales strategies and standardize processes * Plan, design, deploy, and support digital sales technology tools * Deliver end-to-end solutions: process analysis, requirements, business cases, analytics, and admin support * Mentor junior colleagues and support career development * Contribute to business
development through SOWs, proposals, and client presentations * Participate in internal practice development: methodology, toolkit creation, and recruiting Tasks * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Minimum 3 years in consulting or similar roles * At least 2 years of hands-on Veeva CRM experience for clients or employers * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication; attention to detail Key requirements *
