You will perform project management functions across the entire system lifecycle from requirements definition, design development, integration with flight hardware, verification, and deployment to MK-1 vehicle. You will assist communicating status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!, * Maintain the team's operating cadence through communication to stakeholders, management of key performance indicators and project meetings to report key performance metrics (technical, cost, schedule, and risk) for avionics system development * Generate boards/tools necessary for project and product health on MK-1 Avionics products, including data for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Lunar Program Weekly Reviews * Performs scrum master role for avionics teams following agile development methods, including defining and executing team sprints * Supports team representation in agile product planning sessions and release planning activities * Define, monitor, and track all receivables and deliverable products from the MK-1 Avionics IPT and their utilization * Maintain an integrated management schedule factoring in dependencies and deliverables * Work closely with internal and external integration facilities and test environments to coordinate on-time delivery of avionics products, Applicants for employment at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S.as a refugee or granted asylum.
