## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
 * 8+ years of relevant experience
 * Languages: Solid expertise in Python and/or Scala/Java
 * SQL & Data Modeling: Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and performance tuning
 * Big Data/Distributed Systems: Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake or Kafka
 * Cloud Platforms: Exhaustive experience of working with Azure cloud services
 * Data Pipelines: Designing, building, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
 * Data Architecture: Experience with data modeling, warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), and ETL/ELT best practices
 * Tools & DevOps: Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow), CI/CD, Git, and Linux
 * Soft Skills & Leadership: Solid communication, collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior engineers

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using advanced programming languages, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
 * Develop resilient data architectures across data warehouses, lakes, and streaming environments to support enterprise analytics and reporting
 * Ensure enterprise data security, governance, quality, and standardization across all data and analytics solutions
 * Lead the end to end delivery of analytics data products, from design and development through production support and optimization
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering partners to enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions
 * Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
