Nice to have * Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare operations (claims, policy servicing, customer care) * Familiarity with Genworth's values and customer mission; prior exposure to LTC claims or servicing is a plus * Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Azure DevOps, DCO workshops, and design thinking techniques ## Description The Lead Solution Architect, Pega is a hands-on, outcomes oriented leader who partners with business and technology stakeholders to design, validate, and deliver end to end solutions centered on the PEGA platform. You will own discovery for high impact initiatives across claims, servicing, and operations-translating strategy into executable workflows, case lifecycles, and decisioning while ensuring scalability, compliance, and an excellent associate and customer experience. The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that align with Genworth's business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.
