Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Technical Architect within Deloitte's Sales & Service team, you will design and oversee Amazon Connect services and guide onshore/offshore development efforts. You'll advise clients on AWS best practices, drive project quality, and help identify new sales opportunities. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based contact center solutions that transform customer experiences. This role combines strategy, technology, and delivery to solve complex customer challenges at scale. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and shape impactful cloud implementations.
