You'll build predictive models and decision-support tools that tackle attrition, forecasting, and skill-gap analysis, while delivering interactive analytics. You'll create AI-enabled solutions and user-friendly dashboards to engage stakeholders with model outputs. This role sits at the intersection of data science, operations research, and data visualization within a team focused on scalable, data-driven decision support.
