## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive IT integration and separation for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures within Deloitte's M&A I&D team. You evaluate technology landscapes, shape Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition plans, and lead cross-functional execution. You'll develop client-ready materials and guide junior team members while helping clients navigate complex transformations. This is a chance to influence IT architecture and operations in high-stakes deals and contribute to a broader transformation agenda.
