* 5+ years of experience in IT industry,
 * advanced knowledge of Java or Python and Javascript (including Typescript)
 * proficient in at least two frameworks/libraries
 * advanced knowledge of React, React-Native, Redux
 * advanced knowledge of OSGi, Django or Fast API
 * advanced knowledge and regular usage of unit tests
 * advanced knowledge of Git, Issue tracking, SQL, Linux/Mac terminal
 * advanced knowledge of Webpack / Babel / Eslint
 * advanced knowledge of Docker
 * able to choose the best tools and libraries to start a project as well as have the knowledge of the language's quirks
 * knowledge of English, written and spoken - min C1
 * can lead a project independently.

It Will Be Great If You

 * understand multithreading,
 * know the Agile methodologies,
 * are always willing to help other developers,
 * know well architectural patterns,
 * have some DevOps skills (CI/CD, Ansible),
 * are an open-source contributor.
