## Description

Experteer Overview As a Manager on Deloitte's GPS HR Strategy & Technology team, you guide large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations to transform government and public sector HR. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable HR solutions, drive compliant delivery, and ensure successful adoption. You will lead multi-stream workstreams, manage risks, and translate business needs into effective Oracle configurations. This role blends hands-on delivery with strategic stakeholder alignment to shape how large workforces are managed and supported.
