Experteer Overview In this role you accelerate Salesforce-driven customer transformations within Deloitte's Sales & Service practice. You'll translate business needs into functional designs, prototypes, and tests, then guide implementations and training. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design efficient sales and service processes across industries. The position offers meaningful client impact, a focus on quality, and opportunities to lead workstreams and shape transformation programs. Compensation / Benefits * Identify and manage business requirements * Create functional designs and process maps * Prototype, test, and validate solutions * Define and implement training and support procedures * Support Salesforce implementations and workshops * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks * Build professional relationships and communicate effectively Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience with program/workshop design * 2+ full life-cycle aaaaa
