Experteer Overview As M&A IT Manager, you help clients navigate IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, shaping integration and separation strategies and driving execution across deal milestones. You operate within the M&A I&D team under Strategy & Transactions, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to assess technology, risks, and future-state roadmaps. You will deliver client-ready artifacts and lead junior team members, enabling successful Day 1 and long-term transitions. This role offers impact in shaping IT post-deal architecture and operating models within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
