Experteer Overview In this role you will design Google Gemini services and oversee delivery for onshore and offshore teams within Deloitte's Sales & Service practice. You'll manage senior client relationships, steer end-to-end technology and creative solutions, and identify new opportunities at existing clients. You will lead project delivery, design processes and stories, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with cross-functional experts. This position combines strategy, technology, and hands-on delivery to transform customer experiences at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Manage day-to-day client interactions with senior sponsors * Oversee delivery of technology and creative solutions for large engagements * Design and map business processes, user stories, and data migrations * Lead and organize pursuit teams, proposals, and pricing discussions * Coach and develop delivery staff and participate in staffing decisions Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience *
5+ years hands-on end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) * 2+ years experience with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents, Agent Assist, or Quality AI, and analytics (BigQuery & Looker) for contact center performance * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Bachelor's degree (BS or BA); immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
